Summer Social

The St. Philip Summer Social will be here before we know it! There are several opportunities to help before the social begins.

  • The Children’s Games are in need of new or like new items (no stuffed animals or books).

  • Special Raffle and Chance Auction are asking for donated items for their booths

  • Flitter-making crew is looking for donations of Gold Medal Flour.

Donated items can be placed in the back of church.

There are a few chair positions we are still looking to fill for the 2024 social. Please contact Carrie Scarafia (812-454-8699) or Jeff Bassemier (812-305-7666) if you are interested in exploring open opportunities!

The jar booth is back this year. We need your help! If you have any empty jars that you would be willing to donate to the booth, please leave them in the marked containers in the back of church, or the lower-level hallway. Also, if you would like to donate items to fit into the jars, please also leave those donations in the marked containers.

Lastly, if you would like to get creative and make up your own filled and decorated jars, feel free to pick up empty jars and return filled jars to the church lower-level hallway. Please contact Alisha Lottes at 812-483-4046 with any questions.
